Job description
Assist resident in a home setting with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care, meal prep and other basics.
Perform vital signs on residents at beginning of each shift and as directed
Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in resident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical condition.

Qualifications
Must have a Valid CPR and first aid card.
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience working in an skilled nursing facility is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with residents
Ability to listen attentively is essential
Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
A willingness to navigate changes in assignments
Ability to show empathy and compassion while interacting with residents to increase their comfort level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
