WHO WE ARE: Lake Mariam Health and Rehabilitation Center - a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Winter Haven, FL is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new clinical professional to join our team.
As a CNA within a SNF, you will assist RNs and Physicians with daily procedures, and help with the overall support of the clinical staff. Here @ Lake Mariam Health and Rehabilitation Center, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Summary & Qualifications:
- Prepare residents for and assists RNs and Physicians with diagnostic procedures
- Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Document Resident food and fluid intake
- Keep living and common areas clean and tidy
- Assist nurses and other staff as needed
- Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) License highly preferred
- Advanced Organizational & Multi-Tasking Skills
- Coachable Attitude, Team Player, Pleasant Demeanor
