Currently, Chiefsight is wholly owned by Bain & Company. In the next 6-8 months, we expect the new leader will raise a seed round that will dilute Bain’s ownership to a non-controlling minority stake, with the balance of equity going to new investors and employees (including the CEO).
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
About Chiefsight
Chiefsight is a B2B commercial excellence SaaS solution backed by Bain & Company. Chiefsight is the only solution that allows CEOs and Chief Revenue Officers to optimize their go-to-market investments across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in one seamless, end-to-end platform.
For the past year, Chiefsight has been incubated within Bain & Company. The venture has a strong MVP with promising customer traction, including 4 active alpha customer MOUs.
Over the next 6 months, Chiefsight needs to convert its alpha customer MOUs to paid contracts; grow the commercial pipeline and recruit additional customers; continue to advance the product technically, including improving platform stability and customer onboarding timelines; and raise a Series Seed financing. This will position Chiefsight to achieve hyper-growth and succeed as a leading commercial excellence technology company independent from Bain.
Bain is seeking an experienced, energetic, and visionary startup leader to lead Chiefsight through its next stage of growth and beyond. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneur with a passion for B2B martech/salestech to take a promising MVP and transform it into a high-growth tech company over the next few years.
