Job description
To support the Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance (HSE&C) team, we are looking to recruit a Centrik Administrator to join Leeds Bradford Airport, to support and administer the day to day use and running of the Centrik system
Hours of Work
- 30 hours per week over Monday to Friday – exact hours to be agreed with successful candidate
Main Responsibilities
- Inbound Employees - Create new user accounts and provide users with training for the platform (covering both PC and tablet access). Notification to HSE&C for inbound employee training requirements such as HS&E Induction, management of training records and closure of inbound employee actions across all departments.
- Outbound Employees – support the HSE&C team in the management of outbound employees via the Centrik system, including completion of HSE&C tasks and closure of accounts
- Develop Centrik “How to” guides for LBA & Other Users for common tasks within the system
- Provide technical support to users of the Centrik system, complete basic troubleshooting and escalate to the HSE&C team for further assistance where needed
- Build the Centrik training module with each department to ensure the platform captures essential training needs, reports on upcoming and overdue training requirements and holds copies of training certificates.
- Co-ordinate and create the HSE&C dashboard report on a regular basis (to be determined) and deliver to LBA departmental heads
- Other administrative duties to support the day to day use and running of the Centrik system
- Other administrative duties as needed to support the HSE&C function
Person Specification
- Experience of working with computer systems and MS Office products
- Previous administrative experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given
- Previous experience of working with Centrik is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given
Due to security checks required for this role, all candidates will be subject to a basic criminal record check and must be able to provide a continuous five-year checkable work history with verified gaps in employment.
