As Centre Receptionist you will provide a welcoming and professional service to all residents, visitors and colleagues. You will ensure the smooth running of reception by providing efficient, friendly and customer focused service to all at York Science Park Limited. You will be responsible for the Centre’s administrative tasks and support the Science Park Management team with administration as required.

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (including maths and English, grade C or above) is essential. You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a positive outlook. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team within a customer focused environment, delivering excellent customer care.

The salary is £22,592.00 per annum (£11.71 per hour). This is a fixed term position for 12 months.

The hours of work are 37 per week (08.30 - 16.30 Monday to Thursday and 08.30 - 16.00 on Friday)

The annual holiday entitlement is 38 days, including 8 statutory public holidays and closure days reduced pro rata.
