The Cross Markets Solution (CMS) business is active across local market interest rates, Foreign Exchange (FX), and credit. CMS in CEEMEA operates in the space between flow rates/FX/credit books and loan books, delivering more structured transactions and leveraging the broad Global Emerging Markets (GEM) footprint in the region. CMS transacts with a range of clients from offshore investors to clients within CEEMEA jurisdictions, in both cases dealing with financial institutions, sovereigns and corporate clients.
You will join the CMS business as a Structurer and will work closely with Sales/Coverage, Origination and/or Trading teams.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead structuring effort in supporting CMS business in CEEMEA with a focus on liability side transactions (rates, FX)
- Work closely with Sales/Coverage, Origination and/or Trading and help deliver tailored structured products/solutions to the CEEMEA clients in line with their specified needs and in alignment with the CMS strategy in CEEMEA
- Support coverage with the production of content, ideas, marketing but also direct client interactions
- Support coverage in the negotiations with external clients
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory bodies, as well as follow Deutsche Bank internal policies for internal review and approvals for transactions
- Assist trading in pricing and documenting complex transactions
Your skills and experience
- Previous relevant experience in Rates and FX products, including derivative pricing
- Strong technical background with experience in leading and closing derivative trades transactions
- Practical knowledge of market regulations and documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients
- A strong growth mindset, with experience originating business and expanding an existing client base
- Problem solver, ability to use knowledge to find constructive solutions and client-facing to support coverage in direct engagement
