We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our busy team within our Diamond, Magherafelt Store.
The role will involve managing the daily in store operations. Day to day the role will involve the management of staff as well as ensuring sales and net profit are maximized, while providing an inviting high standard shopping experience for our customers. Good KPI control is essential in the daily operations of the store.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar environment, must have a minimum of 2 years management experience of a convenience store, with hot food and deli experience desirable. You must have excellent communication skills and be people focused in order to get the best out of your team.
Actively reporting to the supporting management is required.
Other Essential requirements:
- Good working knowledge of all fresh food areas and a proven ability to maintain an exceptionally high standard of operational efficiency and excellence throughout the store
- Proven experience in the areas of stock control, people management, cost control, local marketing, HACCP implementation, and security
- Commercial and general awareness of competitors/marketplace – with an ability to use this knowledge to drive sales performance
- Financial acumen – ability to interpret data to make sound decisions
- Excellent attention to detail in store standards
The salary for this post is £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and references.
