Our team works with the markets to monitor and drive improvements to their Web and MyVodafone app offerings, using a suite of digital marketing tools to provide an enabling framework from which markets can monitor their customer experience and identify areas for improvements. We are now looking for a Customer Data Platform [CDP] Engineer to enhance our team and help us evolve our digital offerings to better serve our customers. The CDP provides a rich segmentation of data to drive more focussed personalisation of the digital channels, working alongside our digital marketing platforms and serving both our Vodafone and non Vodafone owned channels. Working with both technical and commercial teams, the role has accountability for; Develop the Customer Data Platform program and rollout across the markets Participate to the activities with the stakeholders the internal team and Vodafone related projects Technical support in troubleshooting Customer Data Platform issues and engagement in activities with the stakeholders. Success management, Product improvements, account management / managing Vodafone Tealium CDP Account (get access to earlier functionalities of the tools) Create and support onboarding process for Customer Data Platform use cases Provide insight into Customer Data Platform best practices Create and own new documentation, “how-to-guides” and technical playbooks referring to the CDP Partner with Group Commercial to explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability Identify, design, and implement internal customer data platform process improvements Work with stakeholders assisting with customer data platform related technical issues Job Responsibility Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Translate business Use-cases requirements into detailed technical specifications Support the stakeholders' implementation of the Customer Data Platform Create and support onboarding process for Customer Data Platform use cases Provide insight into Customer Data Platform best practices Create and own new documentation, “how-to-guides” and technical playbooks referring to the CDP Partner with Group Commercial to explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability Identify, design, and implement internal customer data platform process improvements Work with stakeholders assisting with customer data platform related technical issues Management of the users in Tealium client and server side Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Agile mindset and practices - experienced in working in an agile delivery environment, preferably experience and understanding of SAFe. Understanding of the digital channels and the wide omnichannel strategy to drive decisions on best placement to deliver most value Ability to establish influential, trust based relationships across Commercial and Technology teams, developing a detailed understanding of business and technical strategies Hands-on experience of the Customer Data Platform implementation - Tealium AudienceStream Hands-on experience of Tealium EventStream implementation Hands-on experience using Tealium Predict Machine Learning and how to apply machine learning models to audiences Experience with visitor ID Stitching techniques Proactivity in finding solutions to various issues Must have technical / professional qualifications: Experience of Web or Mobile App design and development Experience of working with Agile delivery methodologies Tealium IQ Tealium Eventstream & Audience Stream Key performance indicators: Release cadence and delivery to time and quality needs Agile squad delivery KPI's [ensuring cadence of delivery squads, alignment to priority] Market rollout and support resolution Not a perfect fit?
