Job description
- CCTV monitoring, taking payments and receiving inbound calls.
- Manage all queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Work as a team player sharing experiences and knowledge gained with input into a central knowledge base to improve operational efficiencies.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.
Shift Pattern
- 12 hour shifts (day shift : 6am - 6pm, night shift : 6pm - 6am)
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- Alternating day shift and night shifts (2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights)

Skills and experience
- Customer service experience required
- Must have a friendly and polite manner to deal with calls in a helpful, professional and efficient way
- Must be proactive, independent, reliable and punctual
