Job description

• CCTV monitoring, taking payments and receiving inbound calls.
• Manage all queries in a professional and courteous manner
• Work as a team player sharing experiences and knowledge gained with input into a central knowledge base to improve operational efficiencies.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.

Shift Pattern

• 12 hour shifts (day shift : 6am - 6pm, night shift : 6pm - 6am)
• 4 days on / 4 days off
• Alternating day shift and night shifts (2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights)

Skills and experience

• Customer service experience required
• Must have a friendly and polite manner to deal with calls in a helpful, professional and efficient way
• Must be proactive, independent, reliable and punctual
