We are looking for a dynamic, customer-service and operationally focused “Casual Dining” Catering Manager with bags of personality (someone you look at and know is in charge!). You would have proven experience in people management, in a multifaceted F&B retail and restaurant outlets with evidence of driving commercial results through people.

• The Food outlets & Cafes Catering Manager will be tasked with overseeing and take control of the smooth day to day running of this busy multiple retail outlets across this large operation including, food hall & pop ups, Café and Restaurant and ensure all of the Retail outlets are integral parts of the visitor experience.
• With your passion of leading people and ambition to deliver beyond expectation, your role will be to set stretching targets and lead your team of to deliver a unique food & beverage and retail experience.
• Through proactive approach to marketing & advertising and your extensive knowledge of merchandising new product lines, you will champion innovation and diversity to drive sales.

Ideal candidate

• Must have strong retail high street knowledge/Experience in the market.
• Multi-outlets venue experienced and used to high volumes and working in fast paced environments.
• Clear ability to engage, inspire and motivate team members.
• Demonstrate a commercial experience to innovate and upsell and have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service.
• Clear & concise communicator at all levels.
• Standards driven, quality and service focused.
