Preferably wanting to hire a candidate that is quite flexible/fully flexible for most of the week.
We are looking to recruit a team who will work together to provide the best customer service.
Specific responsibilities that involve serving customers include working behind the counter on the till taking care about cleanliness and looking after our customers' needs these are your duties.
- You'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued. We are looking for flexible, smiley and happy people.
- To join us you need to be confident in approaching and dealing with people, friendly and helpful, have the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills are a must-have, including skills like face-to-face verbal communication, eye contact and attentive listening.
- You also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness.
Applicants must be fully flexible in terms of their working hours, as you may be required to work on both weekdays and/or weekends (Monday – Sunday, hours to be agreed by rota) including bank holidays. In addition to the appropriate hourly rate, these positions attract a non-contractual sales bonus.
