At a glance:
You will deliver a market leading customer experience, achieving sales and customer service targets through a focus on outstanding customer service and execution of the agreed food & drink offer.
The role is based in our Customer Delivery Hub and is not open to the public only staff.
Training for this position would be provided for the first couple of weeks. As well as obtaining Level 3 Food Safety Training.
Nearest Station is Park Royal with a 10-15 minute walk to the site.
Hours of Work:
11:00-18:30 with a half hour break 14:30-15:00
When on shift the Partner will be working alone between 15:00 - 18:30 - Some Catering experience would be required.

Job Requirements:
Working as part of a team of catering assistants to ensure a smooth service is provided in accordance with all relevant procedures.
To ensure stock available to meet service requirements, with attention being given to controlling wastage and ensuring food is rotated and no items are left beyond their sell by date.
To act promptly on any customer comments, using initiative to resolve them where possible and report issues or unsolvable day-to-day problems to the line manager.
Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Previous catering experience.
Worked in a fast paced customer facing environment.
