This role will play a huge part in McCain's future growth and supporting those ever-changing shopping habits. Here's what you'll be responsible for: Coordinating the delivery of our ecommerce strategy and KPI metrics by channel. You'll be the driving force behind setting priorities, monitoring performance, and working closely with channel and customer teams to accelerate progress or course correct when needed. Developing and championing our understanding of e-commerce. You'll gather, interpret, and share market insights, innovations, and best practices, identifying exciting opportunities for both McCain and our customers. Implementing best practices in e-commerce category management. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional category management for our online customers, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry trends. Becoming the go-to expert for our customer teams' online plans. With your deep knowledge of shopping experiences and key drivers of purchase and traffic, you'll provide invaluable support to help them achieve their goals. Optimizing McCain's online presence by collaborating on the development of A+ content and brand assets. You'll work closely with our product and brand teams to ensure we have visually appealing and informative assets that captivate our customers and drive sales. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR. We want someone who is an e-commerce expert. Who's been proven to grow online growth and who has developed and owned an e-commerce strategy from the get-go. It's a given that you'll have experience of driving sales through online led categories and channels with a strong working knowledge of different shopping behaviours. But you must also have… Proven track record of driving online sales. Strong working knowledge of shopping behavior and system functionality for ecommerce. Commercial or category experience. Clear understanding of the route to market process. Understanding of online shopper media. Ability to analyse and interpret data, identifying trends (desirable). Understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour online (desirable). Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal and external customers. Persuasive and influential communication style. Excellent project and time management abilities. Turning insights into actionable strategies. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
