Role Purpose
This is a newly developed role as our team expands, to build trusted category partnerships with retailers through helping them understand their performance and developing recommendations that generate category growth as well as increase our market share.
Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, your commercial acumen combined with your strong analytical and relationship building skills, will help to drive our future NPD strategy and increase product listings with our retail partners. Keeping the shopper at the heart of the business, you’ll be able to influence internal strategy, from category visions through to innovation plans and execution in store.

- Category management/Insight experience within a supplier, agency or a retailer and a passion for using data to understand consumer behaviour. You may currently be a high performing Category Analyst looking for your next career step or a Category Manager looking to broaden your existing skillset
- Highly developed analytical skills including good working knowledge of IRI/Nielsen/Kantar Worldpanel and Excel & Powerpoint
- Excellent stakeholder management skills both internally and externally with the ability to build strong relationships with key retailers such as Boots/Tesco.
