Would you like to help history to come alive?
As a Visitor Experience Assistant your role will involve welcoming visitors, selling tickets, and driving retail sales. You’ll be a main point of contacts for our visitors and will help make their experience one to remember. You will also have the chance to be involved with special events taking place across our Winchester Museum sites, supporting our team and visitors.
A bit about you
You’ll be a people person and will enjoy meeting new customers every day, understanding and valuing exceptional customer service. You’ll be a great communicator and will love putting your excellent people skills to use to make every visitor feel valued and welcome.
