About the Role
We are recruiting Casual Retail Assistants to support our Retail Team to deliver high-quality customer service in our shops.
You will have a professional and friendly approach and help deliver all aspects of work connected with the delivery of customer services at Sheffield Museums sites. You will ensure the highest standards of customer care and service are maintained. This includes serving customers daily, checking off deliveries and working with the retail team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
You will need to be flexible in your approach to working hours working weekdays and weekends.
About You
The successful candidates will have:
- experience working or volunteering in a retail environment
- experience of effectively working as part of a team
- awareness of health and safety issues
- a commitment to provide excellent customer service.
