Job description
Interested in the flexibility of working part-time, with shifts offered to you by our app for you to accept or not?
If you can commit to at least two weekends work a month, we have roles to suit, from enthusiastic and committed beginners, to seasoned professionals.
We're also recruiting for seasonal roles on a fixed-term, full-time basis - so if you are looking to work through the summer, we may have the role for you.
We are recruiting for these casual and seasonal roles in our restaurants in St Helier, St Brelade, and Gorey.

What we offer:
Rates of pay for casual work vary by role:

£14.73 to £15.24 per hour for Restaurant Supervisors and Senior Chefs de Partie
We also have roles for casual Runners at £11.67 per hour, which do not involve taking alcohol orders, so would suit applicants between 16 and 17 years old.
(All quoted rates are inclusive of a 6.12% uplift to cover annual leave.)
Our employees also have access to a generous benefits package, including meals provided while on duty, and staff discount across our restaurant and café businesses.
It's important to say that we've moved away from tips, and for good reason: our team's remuneration is written into contracts and bonus schemes, and isn't reliant on gratuities - for more information go to https://jprestaurants.com/news/living-wage-employers
