With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. We are looking for an experienced Casual Chef to join the team here at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium ahead of our busy upcoming rugby season. Where no two days are the same at Scottish Rugby Hospitality, it’s an exciting time to be part of an established team ahead of Christmas and the Six Nations Championships. If you are an experienced Chef or looking for more experience in the industry this is a great time to be part of the team. As a Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team. Responsibilities: Ensure the food is to the highest standard Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer Offer a warm and friendly service Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed Working Pattern: Match days and as per business needs on a casual basis What can you bring?
