Job description
Our CCTV / Telecare Team are a key element to protecting the district and implementing the Council’s Community Safety Strategy.
You'll be responsible for operating the Control Room equipment such as camera and radios and undertaking monitoring and proactive patrol via our view screens. Taking Telecare Lifeline calls from vulnerable clients, liaising with family members, emergency services and the Police.
Our Control Room operates 24/7 - 365 days per year.
- Early shift start: 7am - finish: 7pm.
- Late shift start: 7pm - finish: 7am.
