We have a host of exciting opportunities for Retail and Hospitality Team members available at Utilita Arena Birmingham.
The moment you walk into our venues you'll feel a fun, welcoming vibe created by people who genuinely enjoy the work they do and the enthusiasm we share through our teams. We're looking for reliable, committed individuals to join our team on a Casual basis.
You can join our retail and hospitality team, serve up smiles and chat on the tills at the NECs world famous shows or serve up pints to thousands of music fans.
Whether you have plenty of free time or can only manage the odd shift, we'd love to hear from you.
Please Note:
- Shifts that will be offered at Utilita Arena Birmingham will be between the hours of 2pm and 12am (14:00-00:00).
- Applicants must be over 17 years old.
- Please note, this role will require you to work around and with alcohol. This may mean you will be serving alcohol and or pouring alcoholic beverages for our customers.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Present a professional and efficient catering delivery to customers
- Utilise your training and product knowledge to effectively sell and upsell to our customers at every opportunity to support in the delivery of our financial targets
- Resolve any customer challenges or ensure they are escalated in the appropriate manner
- Whilst not essential it would be great if you possessed food and beverage service skills, with experience within a catering environment
- Have fun whilst working
