– be part of our Client Asset Protection team in London
– be responsible for a suite of controls aimed at ensuring ongoing compliance with the FCA's CASS sourcebook
– work with a range of stakeholders to ensure front-to-back CASS processes are achieving their objectives
– be responsible for running periodic reporting
– take responsibility for appropriate escalation and coordinate resolutions with relevant parties
– collaborate effectively with partner functions to enhance processes and eliminate recurring issues / exceptions

Your team
You’ll be working in the Client Asset Protection team in London, which is an Operations function within the Investment Bank. We are a control function that owns a suite of Client Asset Protection controls and processes which are primarily focused on maintaining documentation and records to ensure the firm is CASS compliant. Part of a wider CASS Oversight team, the role is crucial to successfully maintaining adequate protection for our clients' assets.
Your expertise
You have:
– a good understanding of financial markets, products and processes
– some familiarity and knowledge of Client Asset Protection
– a clear communication style
– the ability to identify root causes of issues and drive/ implement changes as required
– an awareness of when to escalate
– a pragmatic "can do" attitude
– an innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problems
You are:
– able to take ownership of the design and operating effectiveness of key controls and processes
– highly responsible, self-motivated, efficient and able to work under pressure
– proactive, driven and possess good attention to detail
– a dedicated team player and able to collaborate across functions to deliver results
