Forecourt sales assistants are the face of our company and because our customers are key to the success of our business, providing outstanding customer service is paramount to this role. You must have the drive, passion and a natural aptitude to deliver a fabulous customer experience every time.You will need to be trustworthy, outgoing, able to work alone, think on your feet, and able to multitask.
Must be hard working, customer focused and be able to follow company processes and procedures.You will be expected to be able to work any of the 7 days, morning or afternoon shifts therefore candidates must be fully flexible in working hours and will be required to cover various shifts including weekends.
Main duties:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales
- service
- Maintain exceptional store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Have knowledge on products and services
- Identify and address customer needs
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Up sell on products where possible
- Operate the till system accurately and in accordance with training
- Promote current offers in order to drive sales
- Maintain stock levels across the store
- Check stock for use by/sell by dates
- Take delivery of fuel and stock
- Keeping the forecourt and shop presentable, carrying out shelf
- arrangement, floor sweeping, pump cleaning, and rubbish collection
- Inform supervisors when equipment is not working properly and when stocks are getting low
Previous retail experience would be an advantage though full training will be provided upon starting.

Night Shift Rates are £10.00/hr
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
