Job description
Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their purchasing decisions
- Assist with stock deliveries if required
-Date checking stock and light housekeeping
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
