Since opening the first Reserved store in 1998, the group has expanded into 18 countries via six chains; from the more upmarket Mohito to youth brand Cropp and ever expanding Sinsay.
The Reserved brand is the apple of LPP’s eye and by far the most successful clothing brand started in Poland. The business operates across Europe and Asia including Germany, Lithuania, Croatia , Estonia, Finland, UAE, Qatar and Egypt.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
· Drives the store to achieve sales and hit KPI targets.
· Confidently sells the brand and products to customers, building brand loyalty.
· Follows and actions store tasks accurately.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Must be aware of all store targets and KPIs.
· Uses brand product knowledge to inform both fellow team members and customers about products.
· Always highlights features and benefits of products to the customers whilst shopping.
· Builds rapport with customers that enter the store to encourage repeat custom.
· Follows all store policies and procedures confidently, highlighting any issues or concerns to their line manager.
· Follows all loss prevention procedures and highlight any risk of loss to the business to their line manager.
· Maintains visual standards in the store as shown by visual merchandising team.
· Maintains good front of house and back of house standards by organising and arranging the shop floor and stockroom efficiently.
· Is able to be actively involved in the delivery process, ensuring stock is easily available for replenishment to the shop floor.
· Can carry out back of house functions efficiently and accurately, for example replenishment, online orders and cycle count etc.
· Ensures complete accuracy when actioning cash desk tasks, including but not limited to opening and closing the tills, transactions and refunds.
· Always follows all health and safety rules to enable a healthy and safe working environment, reporting any issues to potential hazards to their line manager.
· Works as part of a team as well as independently in order to improve personal development.
· Takes part in all offered training programs/sessions.
· Displays excellent customer services skills.
· Is able to remain calm and professional at all times.
· Is able to multitask.
CRITICAL SKILLS
· Preferably 3 – 6 months experience in a fast-paced environment
· Basic numeracy and English literacy skills
