Cashier We are looking for a friendly person with great people to join our fast-growing Sales team. The perfect candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy meeting new people. You will happily interact with customers face-to-face daily to provide the first-class service we are well known for. Salary: £23,000.00 per annum We are looking for applicants who have: · Great communication and people skills · A friendly, positive, problem-solving nature · Confidence to handle cash in a fast-paced environment · Knowledge and experience of working in a frontline job · Computer literacy (including Microsoft Word and Excel) · Eligibility to live and work in the UK · A good standard of spoken English Responsibilities of the role: · Interact with customers and process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently · Input orders into the system for collection and delivery · Identify sales opportunities – promote key features and benefits of products to increase levels of business activity and growth of existing accounts · Initiate sales leads in order to promote product sales and increase annual turnover, in line with sales targets · Generate sales through contact with prospective customers, acting as a sales representative when required Our benefits: · 28 days paid annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing to 33 days with length of service · Access to hundreds of exclusive discounts and savings through our JJ family portal · Profit-Share scheme · Free support with personal legal, medical, health and wellbeing issues · A free telephone counselling service · Free secure parking · Cycle to work scheme If you feel you have the necessary skills and expertise, then this is the job for you!
