We have a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable part time Cashier to join our busy team. Must be smart and presentable, and be able to deliver excellent customer service.
Contract:- Permanent
Hours:- Minimum of 22 hours per week, including weekends
Core Duties:-
- Process customer payments for goods (including dealing with account customers, refunds and checking for possible fraud).
- Liaise via the Till Supervisor regarding any discrepancies which have been brought to your attention.
Customer Service:-
- Be approachable, friendly, polite and professional at all times.
- Deal effectively with customer issues face to face and over the phone.
- Communicate with customers taking the opportunity to promote our Company values through your behaviour.
- Demonstrate an awareness of the build up of customer queues by tannoying for assistance whenever necessary without prompting.
