Job description
Here at Nisa Millennium View we are looking to recruit team members to support on the Checkouts in store. The role of a cashier in the store is vital as you are the customers main point of contact during their visit with us. It is imperative that you have excellent communication skills and have experience in customer service or a customer facing role previously.
The role involves some of the following duties:
- Handling cash transactions.
- Completing card transaction.
- Processing customer parcel deliveries / collections.
- Processing bus pass transactions.
- Balancing of tills at the end of your shift.
- Support with replenishment / dressing of high value areas of the store.
We are looking to recruit someone who is flexible across the week and that can work from 6am - 12 O'clock midday 3 to 4 times per week. The days may not necessarily be the same every week so flexibility is key here.
In terms of hours per week then you would be looking at between 18-24 hours per week depending on holiday cover and overtime.
Rates of Pay for this role are in line with the minimum wage set out by the UK Government.
