Job description
Duties
- Assists patrons by providing information concerning available leisure activities, selling attraction tickets, making reservations and arranging for special accommodations required for tours, and special events.
- Maintains brochures, price listings and related information for customer use.
- Receives payments, issues receipts and documents business transactions.
- Performs related administrative support duties, including daily reporting.
- Helps maintain a clean facility.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Able and willing to work a schedule 0900-1930 Monday through Saturday and some holidays as needed.
- (Environmental requirements, licenses, background checks, etc.) Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent may also required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
Qualifications
Work experience which includes cash accountability; dealing with the general public; and performing clerical functions or related education.
