United Floral Inc. is western Canada’s leading fresh flower and floral supply wholesale business. We are also associated with UFG Co-operative Association who operates the largest Dutch auction in North America with live auctions 3 days per week. Together we are a well-established ‘family-oriented’ hub of the floral industry in Vancouver and western Canada.
The Primary Duties for this position:
- Accept POS payments and apply to specific invoices for commercial customer payments on account for multiple companies using multiple software applications.
- Provide excellent customer service by fully interacting with our customers
- Problem solving and maintenance of cash handling and balancing processes.
- Maintain and secure credit card files
- Cleaning work area to ensure a safe, and sanitary work environment
- Other general duties as required.
Our Desired Skills:
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Solid computer skills – some experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Answer phone lines and forward call appropriately
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer inquiries
- Excellent command of oral and written English. Second language an asset.
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling/customer service.
Hours: 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Benefits provided after completion of 3 months probational period.

Salary: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
