Job description
As a Host your number one priority is to make our Guests feel as if they are Guests in your own home. You are the Guests’ first and last impression of The Original Pancake House, so make sure it is a positive one. You will also be responsible for:
· Greeting and engaging our Guests.
· Smiling and having genuine conversations with Guests.
· Managing the wait by leading the lobby.
· Coordinating the wait and seating guests.
· Responsible for receiving carry out orders, handing orders out to guest, and handling money transactions.
