The Burger’s Priest is hiring Cashiers (Guest Experience Crew) at our Yonge & Eglinton location!

Want to work at a place that's as serious about burgers as it is about creating a positive workspace? Thought so.

We dress burgers. Not you. We never cared much for work uniforms and we're guessing you might feel the same. We want you to work in an environment where you're free to be yourself, we wouldn't have it any other way.

  • Flexible scheduling and hours - including late nights for those of you night owls
  • A welcoming, fun and safe work environment founded on respect
  • Competitive wages with tips
  • Discounted meals during shifts
  • The chance to be part of a close-knit team
  • 20% employee discount dining card valid at participating Recipe brands
  • Growth and development opportunities within the restaurant and brand
  • Career advancement opportunities in a company that owns some of Canada’s most iconic brands

What You'll Do:

  • Greet our guests and give them Next Level Hospitality
  • Go above and beyond for our third-party delivery partners by providing exceptional service and order accuracy
  • Suggest menu items and guide our guests through the ordering process
  • Take phone-in orders
  • Process payments (cash & card)
  • Keep the space clean and adhere to all sanitation/food production policies
  • Be a team player by assisting your fellow crewmates as needed

Who you are:

  • Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
  • Passionate about providing only the best guest experiences
  • Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed

  • Bonus points for ability to work late night shifts from 5pm-12am

Here at The Burger’s Priest, it’s a come as you are type of thing. We’re committed to providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace that celebrates everyone and values curiosity, passion and just plain owning it. We think that’s a recipe for success.
