Who you’ll be working for:

You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and allocating incoming monies
- Updating cashier records and maintaining reports
- Assisting with cash allocation of clients’ funds over multiple systems
- Calling tenants for remittance and allocation advice
- Ensuring full compliance and control of clients’ monies
- Reviewing and managing Suspense Holding Account
- Checking and administering Aliases
- Reviewing and maintaining centralised mailboxes
The following skills are desirable:
- Ability to work under pressure and retail key control and process functions
- Ability to work as a team but advance on own merit
- Understands the importance of attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
Salary:
£18,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm

Important information:
Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager. They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
