Plomo Quesadillas is opening in Dallas TX early August! We started at the University of Arkansas and decided we needed to make the jump to the big leagues and open up in Dallas. At Plomo, we're the go-to after party spot specializing in Notoriously Delicious Quesadillas and some tasty sides. Staff also gets their cut of the tip pool based on hours too! Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and with a smile
- Clear tables and clean dining areas to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next customer
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate bills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
