The job of a food counter attendant is to take orders from customers. This usually takes place in self-service places such as several fast food outlets, movie theaters and canteens. Food counter attendant duties and responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of a food and beverages attendant are:
- Taking orders from customers
- Some jobs requires giving tokens to customers to collect the ordered dishes from a different window
- Ensuring that customer receive their dished precisely as orders and may have to customize standard dishes to suit the order
- Generating bills and collecting the payment
- Recording all monetary transactions with precision
- Serve simple foods and drinks from behind the counter
- May also be required to make inventory lists and place orders for ingredients
- Ensuring that customers get their orders without delay
- Ensuring high quality customer service and customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
