We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Cashier to join our friendly accounts team in Norwich.

This role is part of a strong team that work closely to provide a first class cashiering service to the firm some of the duties you can expect in your role will include:
· Receiving incoming cheques
· Reconciling bank statements
· Sending and receiving money
· Checking completion statements
· Processing bills and assisting with their preparation
· Preparing cheques
· Transfers
· Journals
· Petty cash
· Taking card payments
· Foreign account transactions
We are looking for someone who has a strong cashiering background but does not necessarily have a legal background, we would like to see you if you have the following skills:
· Knowledge of client accounting system including reconciliation to bank accounts
· Previous experience in a Cashiering role
· Excellent communication skills
· Motivated, pro-active and highly organised
· Excellent time management skills
· Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
· Knowledge of SRA rule and regulations relating to client accounts would be advantageous but not essential.
