Our Team:
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Front Drive Coordinator to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Your Job:
Are you excited about delivering the best arrival & departure experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Front Drive Coordinator will be primarily assisting with guest payment for valet and self-parking cars (cashiering), coordinate with the Valet Parking team, maintain accurate control of keys for parked cars as well as valet ticket inventory, as well as other related administrative duties. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our servers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
About You:
- Previous cashier experience required
- Great verbal and written communication
- Warm and hospitable demeanor, with highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Work authorization in the United States
