This role involves processing incoming payments, client payments and disbursements payments, as well as dealing with costs and accounts ledgers, liaising with Litigation Executives and dealing with a wide range of tasks on a day-to-day basis
Key Accountabilities:
- Processing incoming cheques
- Processing Client Payments and Disbursements Payments
- Balancing accounts ledgers
- Reconciling costs
- Dealing with emails from Litigation Executives
- Closing/archiving of case files
- Complying with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
- Purchase ledger postings and payments
- Other accounts admin jobs as required
We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
- Working with a case management system
- Attention to Detail
- Good mathematical skills
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
