Case Manager - Nationwide

As a clinician, with over 5 years’ experience, are you looking to influence and manage the rehabilitation of catastrophically, seriously and moderately injured people through case management?
For over 30 years we have provided a service to injured people, to solicitors and to insurance companies. We specialise in catastrophic, serious and moderate injury cases and receive referrals from the injured person or by instruction from the Claimant or Defendant representative.
Bush & Co has one of the largest and fastest growing networks of case managers and we are renowned for our scale, expertise and outcomes. Due to our success at supporting the legal sector and rehabilitating injured clients, we are developing our case management services and looking for qualified clinicians including registered nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, or sports therapists with a clinical background in catastrophic, moderate and serious injury such as brain injury, complex orthopaedic injury or amputee management.
This is a remote working role with associated travel to see clients and to fulfil business need.
About the role of Case Manager
Bush & Co have a strong focus on proactive rehabilitation and focused outcomes through SMART goals, clear assessments and solution focused implementation of rehabilitation recommendations. Our case management service, which is managed by clinicians, offers a choice of assessment options that are driven to guide people through their rehabilitation to return them as close as possible to the position they were in prior to their injuries, including vocational support and everything we do is grounded in clinical guidelines and transparency.
As a case manager you will be commissioning approved services from statutory, voluntary and private sectors, with a clear focus on returning the client to their pre-incident function.
You will need to demonstrate clear and effective case management abilities and have exceptional organisational skills. You will work under the Rehabilitation Code, alongside the legal and insurance teams involved with the client.
With a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, ideally applicants will have community based experience of establishing or implementing rehabilitation packages.
Experience in return to work programmes would also be useful.

The role is offered on a self-employed basis, however there may be employed opportunities for the right candidate.
This role requires current, clinical registration with an appropriate clinical governing body (i.e. HCPC, NMC, SWE).
