As an investigator you will...
- Manage a caseload of complaints
- Conduct a fair and thorough investigation into each complaint
- Resolve each case by coming to a fair and balanced decision
- Deliver exceptional customer service and explain decisions clearly, in writing and over the phone
- Show understanding of complex complaints and the ability to think critically about what's happened to let people know where they stand
Location: Canary Wharf, London. Very flexible hybrid working scheme, only 2 days in the office per week required.
Hours: We have both full time (35 hours per week) and part time (28 hours per week) roles available. You will have the flexibility to agree a working pattern with your manager, covering the 'core part' of the day - such as 9am - 5pm, 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm.
Salary: £33,000pa + excellent benefits, including but not limited to...
