Job description

To provide person-centred, holistic support and mentoring aimed at helping clients return to work from sickness absence or improve their wellbeing in work.

Working alongside employers, health professionals and other relevant organisations to create tailored packages of support.

This role will include travel across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
