Sweitzer Inc. is a general B contractor specializing in commercial interiors, with a focus in hospitality, retail, and office space throughout the Bay Area. In addition to construction projects, we operate a wood and metal shop in Berkeley providing custom architectural details to our clients, and our own construction projects. We are a dynamic small team with a varied and accomplished portfolio, we are looking to add creative and motivated individuals to our team as our work expands.

Sweitzer GC focuses on project scope and design, primary construction, and creative architectural detail fabrication and installation. We collaborate with a strong network of subcontractors and designers to fill out specialty trade categories on job sites. Our work is fast paced and changes regularly. Ideal team members will have versatility in a variety of skill sets, as well as general knowledge of construction trades, with an ability to bridge gaps in a given project.

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. We're looking for someone who's capable of handling various types of projects, and we'd like to hear from candidates with experience in residential, commercial, an shop settings. A minimum of 3 years experience required, and familiarity with both portable and stationary tools.
