Infocus Projects is seeking a highly skilled and experienced all-round CSCS carpenter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for ongoing work across two sites in the Wolverhampton city center area. The projects primarily involve 2nd fix internals, some 1st fix, and restoration work on existing woodwork.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform 2nd fix internals, including installation of doors, skirting boards, architraves, and other finishing touches.
• Carry out 1st fix carpentry tasks, such as structural framing, roof work, and floor installations.
• Restore and repair existing woodwork, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general carpentry work, with a focus on 2nd fix internals and restoration.
• Possess a valid CSCS card and have a good understanding of construction site protocols.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Own reliable transportation and a complete set of carpentry tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
