  • Handy with tools? We’re a big team, and we love to help eachother out. If deliveries are quiet, you may find yourself supporting your local fettle workshop
  • Collaboration with the wider team to ensure all collections and deliveries run smoothly and efficiently.

Now, let's talk about what you bring to the table:

  • A deep passion for cycling and the ability to ride a bike with a large trailer daily.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, whether you're talking to customers face-to-face, on the phone, or through messaging.
  • Tech-savvy – you'll need to navigate multiple software systems for our delivery and collection service.
  • A knack for problem-solving, with a resilient and determined attitude.
  • A willingness to share knowledge and willingness to ‘buddy up’ with new riders to teach them the ropes!
  • A "can-do" attitude, ready to work in different seasons and environments.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

We'd love it if you have..

  • Experience riding a cargo bike.
  • Prior experience delivering goods via bike within Bristol.
  • A good grasp of Bristol's roads.

the roads.
  • Trade prices on bike parts and accessories from the day you start, to keep your own bike going for a better price.
  • Rider Gear! We know the weather in the UK isn't always great - we’ll kit you out to keep you warm, clean and seen!
  • 20 days holiday, plus your birthday and bank holidays (Flexi for part time)

Interview Process

We have created an interview process that is quick and easy, helping us to get to know you and vice versa. Once you’ve applied, you can expect us to arrange a quick phone call with you if we feel you have the right profile. Next, we will ask you to come into one of our workshops to meet the team and show us what you can do! If all goes well, you can expect an offer very shortly after.

To Apply

If the role and company we’ve described in this advert sounds like a bit of you, then we’d love to hear from you! To apply, please email with your CV and a cover letter that answers these 3 questions:

1. What makes you the right person for this opportunity?
2. Name a time when you have had to solve a problem within time constraints whilst keeping a customer happy, informed and engaged.
3. It’s 4pm and you’ve got 3 deliveries left to make before 6pm. Your estimated arrival time for the last two is running behind schedule. What is your plan of action? Think about your contact points and your route, plus the safety and security of your cargo.
