Location : Islington Wharf - Manchester, UK Role overview You will be responsible for ensuring that all building services for our development are carried out to a high standard and are delivered time and accurately. You will act as the face of urbanbubble with residents, displaying professionalism and genuine care for their property ensuring a first-class customer experience. The role holder will work 40 hours per week at Islington Wharf. What do we offer? Respond to any email or phone requests from owners, tenants and urbanbubble Access control systems, locks and security measures for car park and any other aspects of the property Maintain the outdoor areas including the car park, playground, doors, windows, bin stores Management of the bin store and refuse process Litter picking of external areas and grounds. To ensure stock, tools & materials are kept to an acceptable level & usable standard Inform company of any additional works needed at location Be able to make sure any works completed are compliant in line with HSE Complete all paperwork & procedures in set timelines We’re not your usual property company.
