We are looking for caring and committed individuals who drive to support people from +18 years old with different health conditions around Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis and surrounding areas.
We place importance on employing staff that are fit for the job and have appropriate skills and qualifications. All our staff is DBS checked, and care workers complete an induction programme and receive ongoing mandatory training and specialist training. All care workers will receive regular supervisions and annual appraisals to identify their training needs and support.
Your responsibility is to ensure that people in your care are kept safe and with all their care needs met. You will keep company to people and use caring approach to ensure that people feel respected and valued.

We are looking for a Home Care Assistant to join our team and provide assistance to our clients in their homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a variety of services such as personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, errands, and other related tasks. We are looking for an individual who is patient, reliable, and has a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Assistance with dressing/undressing, washing, bathing and grooming.
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Assist with medication reminders and other health-related tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the elderly or disabled.
- Incontinence support and management
- Assist with meal preparation and planning.
- Organise household items and maintain a clean living environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Pay: £11.00-£15.98 per hour
