Qualifications & Requirements:
- CPR Certification (Required or willing to acquire)
- Driver's License (Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Caregiving/Home Health Aide Experience : 1 year (Preferred)

As a Childcare/Baby Sitter with SYNERGY, you will be:
- Providing childcare essentials
- Interacting, playing, reading, providing companionship
- Monitoring and ensuring safety
- Following parents' instructions
As an In-Home Caregiver with SYNERGY, you may be doing the following (as needed):
- Personal care - assisting with ADLs
- Assist with transfer and mobility
- Medication reminders
- Light meal preparation
- Light housekeeping duties
- Companion Care
- Transport clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
- Memory care (Dementia/Alzheimer's)
Schedule:
- 4 to 8 hour shift
- 10 to 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend shift
