Job description
We're looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. In this role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide support and care to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities within their own homes or care homes.
Whether it's helping with personal care, supporting with meals, or aiding mobility, you will have a direct impact on our clients' wellbeing.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to individuals, including social interactions, entertainment activities, and maintaining personal interests.
- Ensuring that individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Observing, monitoring, and recording individuals' health conditions and behaviors, and reporting changes as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
