Qualifications: Be at least 18 years old Have a valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle Pass our background check (no convicted felonies or misdemeanors) and drug test Have at least 1 year of experience of personal or professional experience Must be able to communicate both verbally and written Updated TB and other test may be required. Duties: 1. Observe the client’s rights. 2. Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, which include bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, meal prep, oral care. 3. Recording pertinent information on task form. 4. Reminding clients to take medications at appropriate times. 5. Planning and preparing meals according to specific dietary requirements of the clients and if necessary, feeding the client. 6. Assisting with transfers and ambulation with or without a mobility aid. 7. Maintaining a safe and clean environment by providing light housekeeping including changing bed linens, vacuuming, cleaning kitchen/bathroom and laundry. 8. Providing companionship and stimulation for the clients including reading, music, etc. 9. Performing other housekeeping tasks as indicated in the care plan. 10. Observing and reporting changes in the client’s conditions to the RN/ Administrator. 11. Accurately preparing daily task forms and submitting them to the office by the due date. 12. Participating in an in-service education program. 13. Use standard precaution to prevent the spread of infection. 14. Ensuring to adhere to the uniform policy.
