An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to work as a Child Social Care Assistant, supporting the work of a social work team in the Through Care Service. The service has been designed to focus on good social work practice and successful outcomes for children, carers and their families in Bristol.
You should be able to demonstrate a high level of administrative skills which should include good initiative and creativity, flexibility and a proven ability to prioritise competing demands.
In this role you will need to co-ordinate a wide range of administrative tasks for the team, providing support to social workers with managing busy workloads.
You should have excellent ICT skills, good verbal and written communication skills, a good telephone manner with the ability to deal with complex information in a confidential and sensitive manner.
Please note that this role is subject to an Standard DBS Check.
