Care Assistant
Blossom Home Care are looking for home carers who want to be part of something amazing making a real difference to people’s lives helping people in our local community remain independent and living in their own homes
Blossom are different from other care providers where we have a minimum visit time of 50 minutes which means we have the time to deliver the care that people deserve and our care staff are not rushed or stressed. We value our professional care staff where our service is led by an NHS district nurse and care manager providing support when you need it.
Care Assistant Benefits:
- Pay starting from £12 per hour with an overtime rate of £13 to £15 per hour

Care Assistant Duties:
- Supporting and assisting with personal care requirements
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Observing and reporting any changes in the health or status of the patient
- Preparing meals and feeding patients
- Prompting and administering medication
- Domestic duties
- Providing support with hobbies and social activities
Essential: Full driving licence and access to a car and must work every other weekend.
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Carer, Care Worker or Support Worker we would love to hear from you.
If you do not have experience, we provide full training from the start! If you have experience as a Cleaner, Cook, Mental health worker we would love to hear from you.
